We prepare people for coffee careers.
At our roastery in Aylesbury Prison, network of prison-based barista academies, and training centre on the outside in Hoxton, we teach roasting and competition-level barista skills.

COFFEE SHOPS
We operate four coffee shops in London.
Our baristas, some of whom are “Graduates” from our prison centres, are highly skilled in coffee and customer service.
Accompanying our coffee, there’s a carefully-conceived food offer: the usual pastries, cakes, and toasties plus a simple all-day menu of Aussie-style cafe classics.
