Rosa’s idyllic farm situated 1710masl sits on the Rancho Carmen mountain range, the western tip of the Amazon.

Winner of numerous awards for her microlots, Rosa uses her son’s farm, a five minute drive away, to dry the de-pulped coffee on raised beds, leaving them for more than fifteen days to dry.

This coffee is the pinnacle of Ecuadorian coffee, with lively tropical fruit flavours and juicy notes throughout against a symphony of sweet floral fragrance.
