A distinctly rich and smooth dark chocolate blend.

This Dark Chocolate Blend boasts delicate sweetness, accompanied by natural bitterness, delivering a rich body of a silky-smooth chocolate. 

The cacao used is grown on a small holding farm in the Ivory Coast (Cote d’Ivoire), boasting no more than a modest 3 hectares of land. Pods containing the beans are harvested when sufficiently ripe. The farmer will crack open the beans, separating the seeds from the pulp, before being fried naturally.

Producing some of the finest cacao in the world, Blendsmith’s partners have designed and implemented a programme to pursue a mutual goal; a focus on catalysing farmer livelihoods by improving their crop quality and yield which in turn helps to generate a better income.

HOW TO DRINK HOT: Drop three teaspoons (16.5g) of Dark Chocolate Blend into your milk (8oz). Heat by using a steam wand, a pan on the hob or a microwave. Alternatively, make a paste with a touch of hot water , stir and then add warm milk.

HOW TO DRINK COLD: Simply put ice, milk and Dark Chocolate Blend into a blender.
